Confirmation Of Attendance Procedure
THE CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE FACILITY IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2010/2011
The Closing Date for Confirmation of Attendance is 16th February 2011 - you may CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE ONLINE ONLY. If you encounter any problems please contact the Fees & Grants Office immediately where any staff member will assist you in the process.
We would like to bring to your attention that if you fail to confirm your attendance for semester two you will then become personally liable for the payment of your tuition fees and you will not be permitted to sit your examinations until same is paid in full.
If you are no longer attending the University Please inform the Fees & Grants office in writing.
The Higher Education Authority requires that all undergraduate 'free' fees students confirm their attandance at the University at the beginning of the second semester. (This applies to Undergraduates only) This procedure is an annual event and is relatively painless.
In accordance with University regulations each registered Undergraduate student MUST re-register for the second semester with the Fees & Grants Office ONLY. This procedure only applies to UNDERGRADUATE students. (Please note that this procedure does NOT have anything to do with the University Records Office).
This process is for completion ONLINE ONLY from 02nd February 2011 and will cease on 16th Febraury 2011 . If a student does not complete this process during the dates mentioned they will personally be liable for the payment of their tuition fees.
You must log in to the Student Web Services, with your student number and password, and click on the Confirmation of Attendance link.
If you have forgotten your PIN click on the Forgotten Pin link at the bottom of the Registered Users page.
If you are not attending or have withdrawn from the University, you should contact the University Records Office immediately.
