NOTE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2012/2013:

The Registration Fee of €2,347.00 (€97.00 Student Levy & €2,250.00 Student Contribution) is non-refundable, under any circumstances, to students who have de-registered after October 31st.

Undergraduate Courses leading to a Primary Degree/Diploma:

N.B. The state will pay part of the Tuition Fees in 2012 / 2013 for:

  • full-time, non repeat European Union Students
  • The Registration/Examination fee is payable by the student
  • The Full Fee (D) is payable by others (eg. repeats) in two equal instalments.

N.B: Please note that Information & Fees Quoted are correct at the time of publication (3rd April   2012). The Fees & Grants Office NUI Maynooth is not bound by any error in, or ommission from this publication.

Late Payment of Fees & Fines:

Students Please note thatFees must be paid by the dates specified. In the event of late payment of the first instalment of the fee due, a fine of €100 will be imposed. A student card will not be issued until payment of the fine together with fees due have been received.

Non-receipt of a bank giro form is not a valid excuse for failure to pay fees by the due date. A monthly fine of €100 is also imposed for late payment of the second instalment of the fee due.

Students may have their computer facilities withdrawn if fees remain outstanding.

Students are not permitted to register for the following year of a programme until all fees plus fines have been paid.
